Annie Mist Thorisdottir is from Reykjavik, Iceland. She is an Icelandic CrossFit pro-athlete. She is also the owner of Crossfit Reykjavik and runs it also. Annie is first woman who is a winner at CrossFit Games in two consecutive years. In both 2010 and 2014. Annie Thorisdottir (Islander) is an athlete in weightlifting CrossFit and media celebrity. She is popular for being the first woman to win at the CrossFit Games twice in 2011 and 2012. The winner of the Dubai Fitness Competition 2013 and 2017Annie has gained a lot of attention. Annie together with her both her parents and siblings were born at Reykjavik Iceland. She enjoyed playing sports and began working out at when she was a young age. She first competed in CrossFit in California in 2009. Her performance was good during her first competitions. Annie Thorisdottir will be 31, (by in 2021). She is 5'7" and she weighs around 67kg. Annie started CrossFit training in California in the year 2009. She was able to perform very well in the initial matches. She finished amongst the top 10 out of more than 70. The team was unable to claim any titles and ended up 11th on the list of final results. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. Coach Jami Tikannen helped her achieve a second place finish in CrossFit Games, and a medal in the silver category that year. Following a long period in CrossFit Games, Annie won her first CrossFit Games. Her dominant performance brought her the honor of being named. Annie won again in the CrossFit Games in 2012 due to her impressive performance. It was her first time as a female athlete to win twice in CrossFit Games at once. Besides this in 2014 she was awarded a silver medal and recently in 2021 won bronze in CrossFit Games. Presently Annie is a coach and trainer for Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her. Annie's rise in recognition as a professional athlete has seen her become the face of many sports brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Rennaisance Nuunhydration and Periodization Sidekicks Yerb. A few thousand people subscribe to her own Youtube channel where videos of training, travel vlogs and family videos are uploaded.
